Online purchase orders
For orders over 990 Euros, software licenses and all other non-physical items excluded, (except special or promotional offers for which shipping fees are added) the shipping is free in Fedex/UPS economy or equivalent without insurance. Transport fees apply otherwise. Priority service is required If Ad valorem insurance choosed.
Any other request are at the charge of the buyer.
For all online orders, we do not guarantee the availability of the item at the time of the purchase order as we serve first order first.

Refurbished and Web only offers
The items of the refurbished and web only areas are in limited quantities, when the serial number is specified it is one and only one item. We cannot guarantee the availability of the items shown on these areas at the time of the order as we serve the first order first. The prices are clearly mentioned on each item as net prices. Local taxes and duties applies and are at the charge of the buyer.
